Ministry Opportunities

Whether you’re greeting guests, serving in the café, teaching kids, or leading worship, every ministry opportunity creates space for people to feel welcomed, seen, and loved. Missions Work

From local partnerships that meet practical needs in Rockford to global trips that bring hope to communities around the world, missions are a call to step out of comfort and into purpose. Café Attendant
ServeServe our community with a smile and a hot cup of coffee! If you love the smell of coffee and talking with others, we invite you to join our cafe team. You will prepare coffee, pass out donuts, and encourage others through conversation.

ServeWe are grateful for our campuses that allow us to host worship services and many other activities. It’s important to us that we steward what God has given us. If you have a passion for cleaning and organizing, we would love for you to join our Cleaning Team. Our cleaning team helps prepare spaces for life changing times of worship, fellowship and fun.

ServePsalm 84:10 reflects a heart that desires to be a “Door Holder” in the House of God. After encountering the presence of God ourselves, we consider it a privilege to hold the doors for others to come and experience God’s presence themselves! Door Holders do more than just hold doors, they prepare the way for others to encounter God’s life changing presence!

Facilities Team
ServeIn Exodus, we read of God gifting certain individuals with skills and wisdom that was used to build a meeting place for God and the Israelites. We believe God continues to provide the church with individuals who have the skills needed to care for its facilities and grounds. If you have a heart to see God’s house built up and cared for well, we invite you to join our Facilities team. They tackle different projects around the campus and handle routine maintenance, ensuring that our campuses can continue to be places where people can meet with God!

MinistryThe Front Of House Sound position is a significant part of the team as this role facilitates all things sound for our main services. This position works directly with the worship leaders and follows the vision of both the Worship Pastor and the Lead Pastor.

If you love to cook, bake, help out in the kitchen, or clean, we would love for you to join our Kitchen Team. Our Kitchen Teams give our community the opportunity to truly connect and build lasting relationships with one another!

Life Group Facilitator
MinistryAs a community we are motivated to grow! Our Life Group Facilitators support our community in growing together in various areas of emphasis. Some areas of emphasis can include parenting, marriage, marketplace ministry, single parents, sign language, etc. Life Groups can utilize our DNA format to better facilitate group conversations and growth.

Livestream Audio/Camera
MinistryWe value our church online just as much as our in-person experience. Livestream team members make church possible for those who cannot physically attend. As such, the livestream audio and livestream camera operators facilitate our live church services which are made available online in real time.

MinistryAs a member of our Production Team, the Presentation Media volunteer helps our community engage in our worship services by controlling what is seen on our projectors in service and online.

MinistryThe worship team is compiled of musicians and vocalists who create environments each week that encourage people to worship God, while depending on the Holy Spirit to transform lives. Worship team members work directly with the worship leaders and ultimately follow the Worship Pastor’s leading.

MinistryWe believe that Real Stories need Real Faith for Real Life. If you have a heart to see youth (6th grade to 12th grade) live their Real Story, and build a Real Faith in a Real God that can withstand Real Life, and have Real Fun while doing it… Then we want you!!!!! to join our Youth Leaders as a Youth Leader!
